1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired
  • The wrong item has been delivered
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery to request a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods such as fresh food items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with order details and issue description
  2. Share images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will verify the request and confirm the return
  4. The product will be picked up or instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable)

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
