1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or expired
- The wrong item has been delivered
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery to request a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods such as fresh food items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with order details and issue description
- Share images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will verify the request and confirm the return
- The product will be picked up or instructions will be provided
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable)
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement is subject to product availability
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
